How do I apply press-on nails?
Our application kit comes with a set of instructions for a perfect application. To purchase a kit, click here.
We have also made an instruction guide to guide you through each step of the application process.
How long do press-on nails last?
With proper application and care, our press-on nails can last 2-3 weeks. Using nail glue provides longer wear than adhesive tabs.
If your have a rouge nail that has popped off, simply clean and buff your nail plate, then reapply the nail as normal.
What happens if my nail pops off?
Don't stress! If your nail pops off, simply re-buff the nail and apply some more glue and you're good to go!
Keep nail glue with you for nail emergencies!
Can I reuse the nails?
Yes! Each nail is extremely durable which allows re-application. Simply, remove your set, clean and buff the underside of the nails, and reapply as normal!
What if the nails don't fit perfectly?
If your set doesn't fit perfectly, you can gently file the sides or base of the nails for a custom fit.
If your nails are the completely wrong size, we may allow an exchange where appropriate. Get in contact with us to discuss your concerns.
Do you offer custom designs?
Yes! We love creating custom nail art. Order a custom set through our Custom Design tab.

How do I remove the nails?
Soak your nails in warm soapy water for 10-15 minutes, then gently lift from the sides. Never force or pull them off to avoid damaging your natural nails.
Do you accept returns?
Due to the nature of our products and for sanitation reasons, we do not accept returns unless the nails have clearly been unworn and are in pristine condition.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, and we'll be happy to assist you with a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to all regions that trade with Australia. International shipping rates and delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
